Kotobukiya to Release Power Girl Bishoujo 2nd Edition Statue

Published

on

Kotobukiya is set to release a 2nd edition of their popular Power Girl Bishoujo statue! The first version of this piece quickly sold out, and has become a staple in the collection of many fans around the world. The 2nd edition is set for a Fall 2018 release. This renewed edition includes a different package design and display base color from the first edition released in 2012.

Beauty, brains, and brawn. It’s spunky and sexy Power Girl! The mighty Kryptonian from Earth Two gets the bishoujo treatment again in this DC Comics Power Girl 2nd Edition Bishoujo Statue! One of the most requested characters from the Bishoujo series, Kara Zor-L makes her return to the ranks of the DC Bishoujo ladies, based on an original interpretation by Shunya Yamashita and sculpted by Tsukada Takashi. Standing 9-inches tall at 1:7 scale on an exclusive display base, this DC Power Girl Bishoujo Statue can’t wait for a spot on your shelf! Ages 14 and up.

The perfect combination of beauty and strength, Power Girl shows off her muscles and curves just for you. With her hip cocked to the side and one fist at her waist, Kara Zor-L flexes her right arm to show off her biceps in a tough yet cute pose. Power Girl wears her iconic white, red, and blue costume, with all of the details you’ve come to know and love from the comics. The high-cut lower half reveals her long legs and hips, while the cutout on her chest emphasizes her ample cleavage. Kotobukiya’s fine craftsmanship is apparent in the superheroine’s powerful musculature and the costume’s piping, not to mention the way both her cape and hair float in an unseen breeze. Of course, no such statue would be complete without a bishoujo-inspired face, and Power Girl’s is absolutely adorable as she gives you a big smile.

  • That busty, patriotic Power Girl you know and love is back!
  • Kara Zor-L, the mighty Kryptonian from Earth Two!
  • Statue features a different package design and display base color.
  • Based on an original interpretation by Shunya Yamashita.
  • Power Girl can’t wait for a spot on your shelf!
