Mego fans rejoice! Your favorite toy line from 70’s is returning in August, exclusively at Target stores. Mego founder Martin Abrams announces that the line will return with favorites from Star Trek, DC Comics, Action Jackson, and I Dream of Jeannie.

Each figure will have a unique serial number and be produced in a limited run of 10,000. The line will feature 8-inch figures, 14-inch figures, and 8-inch figure 2-pack dioramas. Target’s exclusive line of Mego collectibles will be available in stores and online July 29 at prices ranging from $14.99 to $29.99.

“This has been 30 years in the making and I’m excited to give my loyal fans and their kids something new and amazing to play with,” said Martin Abrams, Co-Founder and CEO of Mego Corporation. “We wanted to recreate a line that provides that nostalgic feeling of seeing a display of action figures they had as a child, and to share that with their own children.”

Marty Abrams Presents Mego will be debuting the new line at San DiegoComic-Con (booth #830), July 19th – 22nd. Comic-Con guests will have a unique opportunity to purchase a limited number of the new action figures before they launch at Target. All items will be signed by Marty Abrams and a special celebrity guest.

I think some of us were taken by surprise when Mego announced a return to business last week. It seems like things have been in motion for quite some time for the company. If you recall, the brand will be available exclusively at Target soon! Mego showed up for San Diego Comic-Con 2018 with a look at what’s to come from the company.

Mego debuted a new Wonder Woman figure, General Zod figure, and Batman figure. Oddly enough, Harley Quinn wasn’t seen, even though she was shown in the original announcement. Hopefully Mego will showcase more throughout the weekend.

Here is a look at the DC Comics themed items on display at their booth. If you want to check out even more of their pop culture themed offerings, then click the source link at the bottom of this article.
