DragonCon: Tweeterhead Statues on Display

If you are heading to DragonCon in Atlanta this weekend, make sure to hit up the Comic Artists Ally, and find Jason Wires Productions booth. Jason has a lot of current and upcoming Tweeterhead DC Comics statues on display at his booth.

Jason Wires Production handles 3D printing, molding, casting, and prototype painting for many of the industry’s biggest collectibles companies. This year JWP decided to have a booth at DragonCon 2018 and show off some of their current work. Tweeterhead specifically, had a large representation at their booth. Prototypes for Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern, and Starfire were on display, as well as finished product on the market now, like The Joker, Harley Quinn, and Harley’s hyenas Bud and Lou. JWP also had a brand new Tweeterhead Batman statue on display, which was the statues debut.

We have previously seen a version of this one sculpted by Paul Harding with the classic yellow oval bat symbol. Now it seems that a more modern (or original depending on your introduction to Batman) version of the suit, will be released by the company as well. JWP couldn’t provide release information just yet, so we will have to wait on that one.

In the meantime, check out the photos of Jason Wires Productions booth at DragonCon 2018, and the amazing DC Comics Tweeterhead statues on display!

If you haven’t gotten the opportunity to look at one of these pieces up close, or you just want to dive into a new Tweeterhead collection, take a look at some of their offerings via our affiliate Entertainment Earth!

Note: If you purchase one of the awesome products featured above, we earn a small commission from the retailer. Thank you for your support.
