Toy Fair officially kicks off today (although we had a ton of news and reveals from yesterday), so that means news will be hitting quite frequently today. Our first look is at the LEGO booth and the DC Comics items on display this year.
Unfortunately if Toy Fair is an indicator of 2019, it doesn’t seem to be a big year for LEGO’s DC Comics offerings. There are only two sets on display (not counting The LEGO Movie 2 sets featuring Batman), which is a real disappointment for DC fans.
The two sets are the previously revealed Batman Batsub and the Underwater Clash, which features Batman, Aquaman and Ocean Master, and Batman Mech vs. Poison Ivy Mech featuring Batman, The Flash, Poison Ivy and Firefly.
Aside from that, there were a couple of new LEGO Batman and The Joker alarm clocks, LEGO Batman themed clothes and the LEGO DC Super Heroes Visual Dictionary book, that comes with a Yellow Lantern Batman minifigure.
We want to thank ToyArk for the amazing coverage that they do, and the photos below. Check out their site for even more detailed photos of the DC Comics LEGO product on display at Toy Fair 2019.
Note: If you purchase one of the awesome products featured above, we earn a small commission from the retailer. Thank you for your support.
LEGO is a line of building toys manufactured by the Lego Group, a privately held company based in Denmark. The company’s flagship product, commonly referred to as “LEGO bricks,” consists of colorful interlocking plastic bricks and an accompanying array of gears, mini-figures, and various other parts. There are other LEGO pieces that can be assembled and connected in many ways to construct such objects as vehicles, buildings, and even working robots.
