SUPERMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES A POSSIBILITY AND MORE FROM DC DIRECT

If you aren’t a DC Universe subscriber (wait why aren’t you a subscriber?), then you missed a great episode of DC Daily this week. The episode was all about the upcoming Batman: The Adventures Continues action figures and comic, and featured Paul Dini and DC Direct’s Jim Fletcher.

The episode gave us a look at a few of the upcoming figures in the line like Red Hood and Azrael, but the biggest news were the hints that were dropped during the show.

During the conversation about Batman: The Adventures Continues comic, Paul Dini hinted that future figures in the line would definitely be coming from the pages of his upcoming run on the new comic. In fact he strongly hinted about the robot below.

Jim Fletcher also indicated that there were a few sculpts hanging around the DC Direct office of a few Superman: The Animated Series action figures. I believe that was a strong hint that we might be seeing figures based on that show at some point in the future.
