A McFarlane Superman Movie Figures Case Breakdown – Surprising Platinum Finds!

Earlier today, one of our longtime readers—and his good friend—stumbled upon an unopened case of the new McFarlane Superman movie figures at a local store. Naturally, when a collector discovers a sealed case like this, there’s only one thing to do: crack it open! What they found inside turned out to be pretty interesting.

The McFarlane Superman Movie Figures Case Breakdown is as follows:

  • Superman (Movie)
  • Superman Deluxe (Movie)
  • Mr. Terrific (Movie)
  • Superman Robot (Movie) – Red Platinum
  • Strange Lives of Superman (Platinum)

I am not sure of the actual number of figures that are in each case, because that information was not provided. Also, the pics of the Superman Movie figures were not taken as well, just the figures that we haven’t seen. There is a June 1st street date on this figures, so they will probably be price-locked at the register. There are currently no pre-order links for these figures yet, but I will post once they are available.

About Superman:

“Superman,” DC Studios’ first feature film to hit the big screen, is set to soar into theaters worldwide this summer from Warner Bros. Pictures. In his signature style, James Gunn takes on the original superhero in the newly imagined DC universe with a singular blend of epic action, humor and heart, delivering a Superman who’s driven by compassion and an inherent belief in the goodness of humankind.

David Corenswet takes on the role of Clark Kent/Superman, portraying a hero navigating the complexities of his dual identity. Rachel Brosnahan stars as Lois Lane, the intrepid Daily Planet journalist and Superman’s love interest. Nicholas Hoult steps into the shoes of the formidable antagonist Lex Luthor. The film also features Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern (Guy Gardner), Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, and Wendell Pierce as Perry White. With a blend of classic characters and new faces, this installment aims to redefine the Superman saga for a new generation.
