McFarlane Toys has revealed that the Walmart exclusive Batman Who Laughs (Knight Armor) & The Merciless (Dark Multiverse) 2-pack will be available for pre-order on July 2. Actually, these are exclusive to both Walmart and Gamestop.
The Merciless looks to be the same as the build-a-figure from a few years ago, with a different paint application. The Batman Who Laughs does feature a lot of the same parts, but has some new sculpted pieces on it (like the torso).
Stay tuned for pre-order links for the Walmart Exclusive Batman Who Laughs & The Merciless 2-pack soon. Until then, enjoy a look at the figure from the social media embed below.

What is the Dark Multiverse?
The Dark Multiverse is a sinister mirror of DC Comics’ traditional Multiverse, introduced in Dark Nights: Metal (2017). Unlike the main Multiverse—where stable universes exist in harmony—the Dark Multiverse is formed from the fears, regrets, and worst-case scenarios of its inhabitants. It’s a chaotic realm of broken, collapsing realities where every possible failure becomes its own doomed world.

At the heart of the Dark Multiverse is Barbatos, a cosmic entity who feeds on darkness and uses the unstable worlds as tools in his quest to bring destruction to the main DC Multiverse. He manipulates Batman and unleashes the Dark Knights, a group of twisted versions of Batman fused with powers or personalities of other Justice League members. The most iconic of these is The Batman Who Laughs, a fusion of Batman and the Joker, representing the ultimate fall from heroism into madness.
The Dark Multiverse became a major part of DC’s modern storytelling, fueling events like Dark Nights: Metal, Dark Nights: Death Metal, and the Tales from the Dark Multiverse series. These stories explore darker, alternate takes on iconic DC events, offering a blend of horror, cosmic stakes, and heavy metal-inspired visuals. The Dark Multiverse has added a layer of depth and dread to the DC Universe, showing how easily hope can be corrupted—and what happens when heroes lose their way.
